Don't mind me just blogging about New Year's Eve 2021 the day before New Year's Eve 2022. I guess this means I'm now less than a year behind with my blogging. Maybe I should make getting up-to-date my new year's resolution... but I'm pretty sure you're supposed to set achievable goals. Ok, so last year's New Year's Eve was pretty low key. Although I do believe it was the 21st at home party I hosted that year. (You might remember that on every Saturday of lockdown I hosted a party for my mum, my step-dad and I.) The final party of 2021 had 2 guests. The theme was Pyjama Party. I even baked a white chocolate mud cake.  I made my famous Bailey's cocktails. We did a little colouring in. We completed the 2021 Quiz of the Year. Then we rang in the New Year with a fabulous view of Sydney's fireworks. In true Clary fashion, I'm not up-to-date with my blog. This blog is not in fact about the Christmas that happened on Sunday, but about Christmas last year. On Christmas morning Mum and I video called the Bravos. Addy was already wearing the Elsa outfit we bought her as she was allowed to open that present a little early. She was excited about her new long hair. When I chose the Frozen  costume for her I wasn't sure how much she would like it. Turns out she really likes it. Fast forward one year and she recently wore it 5 days in a row. She also insists on being called Elsa when she wears it. Anyway, back to last Christmas. Alicia asked if Addy wanted her to read the card. "No, I'll read it." Apparently Mum had written "thank you" and had also written about Alicia and Carlos' friend Mike and his dog, Finn. Addy loved the Doc McStuffins coat and equipment. She transformed into Dr Elsa McStuffins. She completed check ups on the family in her makeshift ...
