Exploring Brissie

Mum and I caught a free ferry from Eagle Street in Brisbane to South Bank 3.

I should mention this outing occurred on January 14, 2019. I have been occupying the same corner of the lounge room for the past three weeks. Ok, back to 2019.

Here we have confused meets Confuscius.

There's even a man-made beach at the South Bank.

I didn't go for a dip, but I did grab a classic Aussie treat - the Rainbow Paddle Pop.

We snagged a few photos with the Brisbane sign because if you didn't get a photo with the sign, did you even go to Brisbane?

We strolled across the bridge and saw some stunning sights.

Lunch that day was at Cafe Brisbane.

It included a trio of bruschettas and a strawberry smoothie.

Today was our final day in Brisbane. That afternoon Mum and I caught a Greyhound bus to Peregian to catch up with some family.

The Queensland adventures will continue soon.
