Art, Food and Theatre
Back in April Simone and I checked out Monet and Friends.
It was an immersive experience in Sydney's Entertainment Quarter.
We were surprised and delighted to find some information about women in the male-dominated impressionist field.
In one part of the exhibit you could even become the artwork.
Degas' ballerinas were amongst my favourite works represented that afternoon.
Bursts of colour transported you through space and time.
Who knew a European adventure would be on the cards... or the screens?
Lunch that day was a little slice of carb heaven from Fratelli Fresh.
A couple of days later lunch was at Percy Plunkett.
It's a delicious sample of Penrith's abundant cafe culture.
Later that week Mum and I checked out the brand new Australian musical, Bakery Hill: An Australian Rebellion.
It was a delight to see some Australian talent on the stage.
Stick around for more adventures.
