March and April Adventures
Remember that one time I was up-to-date with my blog? Well, that is now a distant memory. Let's head back to March.
Mum and I travelled to the Capitol Theatre in Sydney to see Frozen: The Musical.
I may or may not have gotten a little teary during the announcement welcoming us to the show. It was incredible to sit in a theatre audience again. This show, with its talented cast, spectacular costumes, and fabulous music was the perfect welcome back.
You might think I'm a little obsessed with Disney. And you'd be right. For my birthday I wore my sparkling Minnie ears a couple of places and pretended I was at Disney World. I did that again at the end of March at ZIA Kitchen in Roselands.
Their Alice in Wonderland installation was the perfect opportunity to pretend I was on a Disney adventure.
The restaurant was decked out with stunning decorations.
At first we opted to sit inside, but after a sticky beak outside we relocated.
Would you believe that when I was a child I hated having my photo taken?
The food was delicious.
One of the waitstaff kindly offered to take some photos of Mum and I.
We even met the Easter Bunny, which was appropriate because this was around Easter time.
Also around Easter Time was a gathering at Chelle and Daniel's place.
There was lots of fun and games.
Things did get a little competitive,
but I think we all had fun.
A couple of months ago I met the adorable Luca, who decided I was the perfect spot a nap.
Zoe and I played with her new doughnut truck.
In April I also went out to lunch with Mum and Aunty Inese at Oasis Terrace. You may remember this restaurant in Mulgoa by another name such as Peppercorn Cafe, or Black Cat White Cat. It seems to change its name more often than we change Prime Ministers.
At the newly named Oasis Terrace the food was pretty good.
Mum ordered dessert... for the blog, of course. I'm pretty sure I tried some of it, but I can't remember what it tasted like. I guess it wasn't bad.
Stay tuned for more past adventures, and to see if I can ever get up-to-date with my blog again. Don’t hold your breath.
