Sugar On The Rocks
A few weeks ago I travelled into the city for the first time since June. I wasn't able to go for 5 months because of... well, you know...
Mum and I went to Sugar Republic.
We travelled in on the train which stopped by this lovely view. Of course, we decided to spoil the view.
Our walk to Sugar Republic took us past the markets, some art galleries, and an oversized Christmas ornament.
We reached our destination.
It was a world of sugary bliss.
We got to write our favourite sweet food on post-it notes.
Yes, I did draw that cupcake myself. #talented And yes, I did move my post-it note off other people's post-its after I took the photo.
I was wearing mostly pink, so got a photo with the pink portion of the wall.
Then it was time to slide into a pool of foam marshmallows.
It was pretty relaxing.
Mum and I roasted a few marshmallows by the fire.
Then she got stuck in the claw machine.
Here are a billion photos of me sitting on a couch near some giant biscuits.
You're welcome.
Of course I was ready for the jelly.
I went back to school.
Or Sugar High as they call it.
Yes, you can sit with us.
Mum spun the wheel to discover she would have true love and fairytale romance.
It was a fun place to swing by.
I'm not sure if the wall actually did smell because I was too scared to put my face too close to it.
I really had a ball.
And thanks to being able to use Discover vouchers our Bubble O Bill wasn't too high.
Our tickets even included ice-cream and lollies.
Next up was Pancakes On The Rocks.
The pancakes were delicious.
The hot chocolate... not so much.
Here's what our view looked like on the walk back to the train station.
