Camber and Rye Appreciation Post

For just over two years I called England's South East coast home. It was the perfect place for exploring. Camber Sands beach was just a short walk from my chalet. This is the part of the beach where it transitions from sand to pebbles. It took me a year and half to actually dip my toes in the water. I also climbed the sand dunes for the first time that day. Camber Sands is home to a number of restaurants and cafes. Eating outside comes with its own peril, as the seagulls are fans of food theft. I opted to eat my chips inside. I took the scenic bus ride between Camber and Rye more times than I can count. Rye is a gorgeous, historic seaside town. The quaint streets attract tourists from all over. Mermaid Street is Rye's most iconic location. Last summer I snapped a couple of selfies there. During the warmer months the town is blooming with beauty.
