Family Christmas

Christmas Eve included a spot of shopping. Adelyn enjoyed feeling the fabrics. We also video called Mum/Grandma. I did a little gift wrapping. That evening we checked out the Riverhead Holiday Light Show. For a bit of cash you can drive around looking at the lights that are synced to a radio station. On Christmas Day I did a little photo shoot with Addy in the festive, Disney dressing gown I'd bought her. She questioned whether we could get some decent photos. Addy was then changed into her festive, Disney dress I'd bought for her. We then headed over to Rita, Jenya, Fidei and Agata's place for lunch. I discovered ginger ale and vanilla vodka is a good mix. Alicia needed to feed Addy, but Agata was there to provide imaginary sustenance for Alicia. Fidei brought over his microscope. Winter in New York

I call this series: Trying to Get Everyone to Look at the Camera Alicia waved her arm a little too high to get Adelyn's attention. We’d pulled off the impossible. Everyone in the photo was looking at the camera.  In case you missed my last blog, this is my niece, Adelyn. I was visiting my sister, Alicia, and brother-in-law, Carlos in Long Island, New York in December. Someone had built a snowman, which was quite appropriate considering Alicia and I were off to watch Frozen II at Regal Ronkonkoma. We've now watched both of Disney's movies about the sisters from Arendelle together. in America. It wouldn’t be a true cinema experience without a couple of overpriced, oversized servings of popcorn.  The next day we all headed into the city. Alicia and I had tickets to see one of the most incredible stage musicals I've ever seen. From the extravagant set, to the lavish costumes Moulin Rouge  is a modern, musical masterpiece.
